Alaron Products Limited is New Zealand’s leading GMP Certified manufacturer and packer of complementary medicines and natural health products. Based in Nelson, the business is growing rapidly and as a result we are looking to add to our QC / Training capacity. We are now looking to appoint the following newly created role:

QC / Training Coordinator

  • Training and Compliance Role
  • Compliance Focused
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The QC / Training Coordinator will have a key role in overseeing quality control within Alaron’s production facility and supporting the compliance-based training of existing and new team members. Reporting to the QA Training Manager, we are focused on appointing a person who has strong organisational skills, has the ability to positively engage a diverse range of people and has the technical skills to continually improve the quality of training and production in what is a highly regulated environment.

This new role is a great opportunity for a person who has experience in a QA/QC role within a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing operation. You will need to be strong yet engaging in your communication style and be able to indirectly influence a wide range of people with a variety of skill sets.
